Accuracy and flexibility in angle processing
A newly developed Peddinghaus roller feed measurement system ensures maximum accuracy. Using two encoders, material is fed continuously without interrupting production. This innovative, patented roller feed is designed to keep constant contact with the material even when it is deformed, ensuring steady feed motion and accurate measurement despite material deviations. Maximum contact is maintained even on long workpieces.

Highlights
Two triple punching stations for even more capacityThe Anglemaster-663 has two triple punching stations, allowing up to three different hole diameters or shapes per leg to be punched in one operation. The new tooling design makes tool changes even faster and easier. The Anglemaster-663 can be used for standard round holes as well as square, rectangular, oblong and slot shapes. Nibbling is also possible for larger copes in plate or angle.
Powerful shearThe integrated shear provides 2,900 kN of shearing force for cutting angle and flat bar with the single cut method. A single cut shear avoids the material waste produced by the double cut method.
Carbide scribing with SignoScriptLayout marking with the SignoScript system eliminates the human error of manual layout methods. Markings are retained even after surface treatment such as blasting, galvanising and painting.
Stamp marking with SignoMatThe SignoMat unit marks parts at an unrivalled speed of one character per second, with a stamping depth of 0.8 mm and a character height of 12 mm. Up to 36 characters are available for part marking.
Nonstop throughput with roller feed measurementThe newly developed, patented roller feed measurement system maintains constant contact with the material even when it is deformed, ensuring maximum accuracy and continuous feed without interrupting production.
Minimum quantity lubrication for longer tool lifeThe minimum quantity lubrication used on the Anglemaster-663 improves production quality and extends the life of punches, dies and blades.
Material infeed and outfeedThe material handling system is designed for continuous production and provides complete operator safety. Material is moved onto the infeed conveyors by transfer conveyors and fed into the machine by powered feed. After shearing, finished parts are transported to the unloading area.
Raptor 3D CAD/CAM softwareDeveloped by Peddinghaus, Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software enables users to program faster and more accurately. Review, modify and export part information directly within the 3D platform. Combined with Peddinghaus CNC technology, fabricators can get the maximum capacity out of their equipment.
