8-station tool changer with minimum quantity lubricationThe HSFDB-B has an 8-station tool changer, complemented by a minimum quantity lubrication system that extends tool life.
Carbide scribing with SignoScriptLayout marking with the SignoScript system eliminates the human error of manual layout methods. Markings are retained even after surface treatment such as blasting, galvanising and painting.
Side unloading systemThe side unloading system moves finished parts directly onto a heavy-duty roller conveyor that carries them at an ergonomic working height to the unloading point. Parts are transported while processing continues.
Efficient cuttingThe HSFDB-B offers edge start and common line cutting. Optimum use of material keeps scrap and tool wear to a minimum.
SteelOffice softwarePeddinghaus plate machines work with the modern nesting software from SteelOffice, the modern industry solution for structural steel fabrication. SteelOffice nests parts automatically and ensures optimum material utilisation. Peddinghaus machines make use of advantages such as common cut lines, chain cuts and similar techniques.
