Two independent torch assembliesTwo completely independent torch assemblies allow the PeddiWriter to far surpass the speed of carbide scribing. Each torch operates on a completely independent axis, so two different surfaces can be given different marks simultaneously.
Continuous surface detectionUnlike traditional processing systems that need to probe the workpiece constantly, the PeddiWriter uses a mechanical system with contact guide rollers for surface detection. This keeps the torch at the optimum distance throughout the marking program and eliminates time-consuming torch probing.
