Highlights
Two-column designThe DG-1250 band saw allows comfortable sawing thanks to its two-column design and 7° blade cant. This design prevents vibration and makes a decisive contribution to cut quality, cutting speed and blade life.
Mitre systemThe DG-1250 band saw features a double mitre system for 45° and 30° cuts in both directions. Full cutting capacity in the mitre range is reached by program command or by manual entry in the saw control.
Smooth material transportOnce the horizontal vices of the DG-1250 double mitre band saw open, material moves freely through the machine without interfering with fixed parts of the sawing system. Vertically adjustable roller tracks prevent wear on the work table during material transport.
High speed sawing technologyReduce sawing time and increase productivity with the following functions: fast blade approach, automatic material detection, automatic switchover from rapid to working feed, automatic feed adjustment during the cut, end-of-cut detection and automatic retraction.
Hydraulic blade tensioningAutomatic blade tensioning ensures consistently optimum tension and thereby extends blade life.
Laser light lineWhere automatic sawing is not appropriate or not available, the operator can mark the cutting line with a laser light line. Using this guide line, the material can be positioned manually and precisely under the saw blade.
Ergonomic control consoleThe DG-1250 band saw control console gives the operator full control of all functions, such as speed and feed.
