High speed carbide drillingThe Advantage has three drill spindles powered by 10 kW spindle motors. This powerful drilling technology optimises processing time and hole quality.
Carbide scribing with SignoScriptLayout marking with the SignoScript system eliminates the human error of manual layout methods. Markings are retained even after surface treatment such as blasting, galvanising and painting.
Stamp marking with SignoMatThe optional stamp marking unit allows highly efficient part marking. The SignoMat unit works at a speed of one character per second. Up to 36 characters are available for part marking.

Sturdy clamping to eliminate vibrationThe Advantage clamping system ensures low-vibration material guidance through the machine. Keeping vibration to a minimum extends the life of carbide tools.
Breakthrough detection for faster drillingDeveloped by Peddinghaus engineers, this technology detects immediately when the drill breaks through the material. The machine is informed that the hole is complete and moves straight to the next drilling position. Breakthrough detection ensures that more time is spent actually drilling material.
Band saw integrationWith powerful material handling, accurate measurement and high operating speed, the Advantage drill line is ideally suited for tandem installation with any of the automatic Peddinghaus sawing systems.
Raptor 3D CAD/CAM softwareDeveloped by Peddinghaus, Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software enables users to program faster and more accurately. Review, modify and export part information directly within the 3D platform. Combined with Peddinghaus CNC technology, fabricators can get the maximum capacity out of their equipment.
