Highlights
Two-column designThe 410-DGA band saw allows comfortable sawing thanks to its two-column design and 3° blade cant. This design prevents vibration and makes a decisive contribution to cut quality, cutting speed and blade life.
Mitre systemThe 410-DGA band saw features a double mitre system for 45° and 60° cuts in both directions. Full cutting capacity in the mitre range is reached by program command or by manual entry in the saw control.
Precise material clampingBundles of square or round tubes are cut in a single saw stroke. The clamping capacity of the 410-DGA band saw holds bundles of up to 430 × 410 mm. The bundle cutting system is ideal for cutting large quantities of identical sections quickly and precisely, and so increases productivity.
High speed sawing technologyReduce sawing time and increase productivity with the following functions: fast blade approach, automatic material detection, automatic switchover from rapid to working feed, automatic feed adjustment during the cut, end-of-cut detection and automatic retraction.
Laser light lineWhere automatic sawing is not appropriate or not available, the operator can mark the cutting line with a laser light line. Using this guide line, the material can be positioned manually and precisely under the saw blade.
Minimum quantity lubricationThe 410-DGA band saw is equipped with the latest minimum quantity lubrication system. The environmentally friendly vegetable oil based lubricant is applied directly to the cutting surface, an economical solution compared with water based coolant flood systems.
