With the three torch units of the ABCM-1250, two beam flanges can be cut with oxy-fuel at the same time. Simultaneous flange thinning of the top and bottom flanges together with weld preparation reduces operating costs to a minimum. The ABCM can cut close to the flange without time-consuming torch sensing.

Multi-axis bevel cuttingMulti-axis positioning allows the top and bottom flanges to be cut at the same time. For weld bevel preparation of the flanges, the torches tilt to the programmed bevel position.
